I always found my best meditation sessions were immediately after I went on runs when I would go outside, face the sun, and focus on my surroundings and sensations, but for some reason I never considered doing some form of exercise right before each meditation session. This is great stuff.
Makes sense, that’s why in yoga, you first do some asanas to calm the body on a gross level then some pranayama techniques to work on a more subtle level and then meditation
This was actually really good. This reminded me of the time when I did open awareness meditation after cold shower and sport. That's when meditation felt so magical and amazing! Thank you, I will continue doing my meditations the way I did them when it was almost magical experience! You helped me a lot, brother. I am very grateful for your channel! Keep it up, man!
I will track my progress here as I do not have access to the course, as well as write down my thoughts for when I look back on this comment in the days to come. Recorded from Saturday, july 13 Day 1 (complete) 💯 Thoughts: leave glasses off until visual awareness to prevent the fog from obstructing vision Day 2 (complete) 💯 Thoughts: I felt different throughout the session as I focused on strengthening my awareness. This is definitely working Day 3 (complete) 💯 Thoughts: one observation I have is when trying to relax while focusing on everything at once, my vision starts to blur and the wall starts pulsing with my breath. I have to constantly be vigilant to uphold that focus. Day 4 (complete) 💯 Thoughts: N/A Day 5 (missed) ❌ Thoughts: I was busy clipping my steers during the time I usually do this, and didn't get around to it afterwards Day 6 (complete) 💯 Thoughts: It is getting easier to perceive the visual space around me, and when I began the hearing portion, I noticed birds chirping in the background, beyond the other noises in my house. Day 7 (missed) ❌ Thoughts: I was at the fair all day showing goats, and i got home at 9:00PM Day 8 (missed) ❌ Thoughts: no reason for this, just got lazy. Definitely going to work on more consistency Day 9 (complete) 💯 Thoughts: my vision seems to oscillate between different hues as I breathe, when I breathe in, the room takes on a blueish hue, and breathing out causes a redish hue. Day 10 (complete) 💯 Thoughts: I felt more distracted during this session. Day 11 (complete) 💯 Thoughts: N/A Day 12 (complete) 💯 Thoughts: I had just gone on a long run twenty minutes before starting the session, and it is definitely more challenging to focus outwardly when I am aching in most places (from the run and the pushups), though I find that the challenge keeps a certain feel of accomplishment when I finish the session. Hey Kaal, hope you're doing great, i wanted to ask what software do you use to generate your AI images in your videos, and what's the "style" called (like the vivid colors, semi-abstract type). Thx for your esoteric health-philosophy video, they're a gem.

I know this is off topic but are there benefits with stargazing or moon gazing just curious if there are benefits since I noticed it was easier for me to fall asleep
@@hannibalotte7515 there are benefits to getting sunlight in your eyes at the beginning and end of the day for hormonal reasons, so that's probably where this person's train of thought is coming from.
@@NoGoatsNoGlory. oh, I meant to ask him if he himself didn’t name the very benefit he felt. Why be curious about if there are benefits when you have literally experienced them?
isnt this what yoga is, physical exertion along with breathwork, plus extending the limits of body. Reaching the limits of eyesight side by side with stretching of the body is also a similar component.

Best meditation I've tried so far.
Nowadays meditation is more crucial than ever and allows to unlock “superpowers” cuz nowadays most people are unfortunately overstimulated and drained

What do you mean by saying Tate sold his soul? What did he did? Am I missing something? Im reffering to masculinity vibe switch video
I have the same question
How can I drink milk without the horrible acne?
Just drink good quality milk and wash your face afterwards if you are that worried
