    I find it similar to how the jedi from star wars sense "disturbances in the force". I can sense these storms or large rain systems approach, sometimes as far as an entire week out. It makes my head pound.

    It's geographic! I am from Istanbul. Almost everyone suffers from low pressure headaches. You go to the office half the people will be suffering headaches when the weather is changing. We learn about it as kids suffering headaches with the family and neighbors. Let me emphasize that you do not need to be a migraine patient to get changing air pressure headaches if you live in Turkey. However, not everyone suffers from weather change headaches either. But even more interesting is that it is geographic. For more than 10 years I lived in NJ, NY area and I did not get a single air pressure related headache. I noticed it only when visiting Istanbul with a friend from Bangladesh. We were in Istanbul for a week and the weather changed 3 times, low pressure, high pressure, low pressure. I could barely function while my friend was completely oblivious. I moved back to Istanbul and one day I found a friend from Kerala suffering a migren to the point she could barely open her eyes. SHe had lived in NY and Germany. I asked her if she ever got headaches in NY. To my surprise she said she never had them in NY or in Germany or in India but was like a barometer in Istanbul. As for the rest of Turkey, yes you get headaches in other areas as well. Finally I have to add that some people like me get a migraine just as the front is moving in while others suffer after the front moves in. So some of us get a headache and the rest know they will experience the headache in 24 hours. Quite often I hear mom and friends say, 'Oh I will have one tomorrow'.

      Yeah these podcasts are a joke. I know I can see when the pressure is going to drop. I ALREADY CAN WITH MY MIGRAINES. I want a CURE ! 😂
      Those earplug ideas are more in line with what I think would work since it’s obviously a pressure difference causing issues.

    Have you heard of a puff of air in the ear can relieve the pain of headache? I just listened to a doctor discuss this on a 7 year old video. If that is the case, has there been more discoveries on this since then? We need remedies to deal with these headaches due to Barometric pressure changes.

    Guys I haven’t figured it out yet but SOUND can help . For me it’s randomized sounds like you can get from “tinnitus cure” videos. I believe they are called “auditory asynchrony” sounds.

    My forearms and legs get very weak and feel “swollen” as soon as rain or a storm comes in. Sometimes it’s debilitating. Live in Florida.

    I don’t necessarily get a headache from a barometric pressure drop, but I always feel sluggish, foggy, and fatigued. This happens every time. Sometimes people think my mood’s changed and ask me if something is wrong.

    I am sensitive to barometric changes. Yesterday after many days without rain I started feeling the pressure building up in my head, when that happens I have to skip the next meal otherwise I will vomit. In the night there was heavy rain and now it's all over.

    I started getting these pressure/sinus headaches really bad over the past 5 days. It went from spring like weather to a ridiculous amount of rain, cold and wind. I had brain surgery January 23 and I pray these pressure headaches are not from pressure in the brain

    Barometric pressure is definitely a factor in my headaches, and I can often predict the weather with a headache, fibromyalgia flare-ups, and arthritis. I wrote another comment today on one of your videos today. I would love to follow up with you for possible treatment & referral to a local place. Do you take insurance? I have Medicare, Tricare for Life as a supplement, and the VA system with referral. I am retired U.S. Navy living in Italy and have VA disability for chronic migraines, fibromyalgia and arthritis in my neck, shoulders and back. I’m sure that my neck is the cause of many of my headaches. Looking forward to hearing from you.

    Hello my friends!
    I am from Romania.
    There is weather sensitivity/weather dependence.
    EVERYTHING is in order until the weather CHANGES, whether we are talking about fierce wind, and/or these chaotic changes in temperature, cold to warm and vice versa.
    HOW IS IT EXPLAINED THAT MAN IS: SPIRIT, SOUL AND FLESH?
    Our body is:
    - energy field
    - magnetic field
    - electric field
    When you give rays to the lungs, whose light is it?
    What frequencies does the electroencephalogram take?
    What does the electrocardiogram take?
    It is not a myth, this is 100%!
    👌

    Doesn’t matter what I take because of my sinuses when this happens with barometric the only thing that helps me is tilting my head back and lifting my sinuses with my fingers. I am going to try a massage on my neck muscles. Thanks for the heads up.

    Do ypu think it could be fungus in the sinuses?

    • @TheHeadacheDoctorPodcast
      @TheHeadacheDoctorPodcast  Год назад +1

      That would be outside my wheelhouse, but based on what I see in my clinic it is typically related to the joints and not the sinuses.

    • @stevrgrs
      @stevrgrs 5 месяцев назад

      Mine are 100% the sinuses so it could definitely be because of that.
