Love these tutorials! I wash every 3-4 days-too greasy if I wait longer, and dry shampoo doesn’t always work well with my texture (seems to add frizz).

How did you train your hair to need washed less frequently? I’ve been trying for the past year but I’ve not had much success

I don't know if this will have the same effect on others. But for me, scalp massages oddly enough helped me a lot. :) 5 minutes every day, and sometimes I would massage with almond oil before wash, and leave it on for a bit (if I had time). I went from twice a week to once a week. My scalp did end up feeling very dry though, and got very tender, so be gentle, and maybe take breaks once in a while. And you only need to continue it until your hair gets used to the new wash cycle. :)
Me either! With a lot of dry shampoo I can do a week. I love the Oribe Dry Shampoo and living proof phd

Wash my hair every day pretty much. On weekends I might go one day without but hate the way my hair feels with dry shampoo. The Dyson definitely helps if I use it -trying to use it more thanks to your tutorials! x

I wash my hair every day, don’t @ me lol. I have OCD and it’s my main ~thing~ so nothing I can do about it. It’s a pain and my hair is permanently wet because it’s waist length and really thick but it’s still pretty damn healthy since I can’t be bothered to do anything else to it

The only problem with the round brush is that I lose a ton of hair every time I use it. That’s the reason why I never use it
Ohh that's not good! Maybe try and change your technique? Please gentle put firm, don't pull on the hair 💕 You'll get the hang of it.

You could try adding some dry shampoo before you workout that will soak up the sweat
