1 kg Zucchini ( cut into small slices)
Add salt, black pepper, and olive oil,
mix all and put it to cook in a preheated oven( 190°C) for 30 min.
Fry one onion and one small red sweet pepper
Add 200 grams of ground meat
salt and black pepper
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon dry parsley
1 teaspoon Ginger
1 teaspoon Paprika
Mix all and let it cook for 10 min.
