I’m going to cook them tomorrow before they go bad. I’ll try and post the video next week.

All of the broccoli plants are edible. I had it last year on my garden, and if you don't eat the leaves, put them in your soil to feed the worms 😊

Great idea. I’m going to cook them for the first time this weekend. I hope they are delicious.

New subscriber here in zone 9b in Florida. I ran across your channel and I have been stuck. I love ❤️ your channel. I am in the process of trying to see what I would like to start of with in a veggie garden that I have not started yet because I am on RUclips University trying to learn some stuff. Looks like I can learn a lot from you because I some day would like to live off my land. Thanks so much for everything. 😊

Hey Lisa, Best of luck on your garden journey. There’s definitely a lot of information on RUclips, but just hop on in, and you’ll learn as you grow.

That is some good looking broccoli! Excellent work! I'm curious how the cooked broccoli leaves turned out?

It was easy to sauté. It cooked in about 5 minutes. It had an earthy sweet taste.

Is that the broccoli that you just put in?? Mine is still like 4 inches tall 😭
Also yes I actually prefer the leaves and side shoots of broccoli over the head. I just sauté it up with some garlic, salt and pepper. Delicious!
