- James Hunt and Niki Lauda first met in 1970 London F3 racing. And of course their first racing end with and argument as we all expected. This iconic scene shows how they two started to "bust each others balls".

I always find the moment where Brühl yells “ARSCHLOCH!” at 2:28 hilarious
Love this scene-great intro to how they both race and play off against each other
Lauda's precision and technical skill up against Hunt's courage and determination
The universal anthem of racing Gimme some loving, Man love women but more than that Men love cars!
Rivals always bring out the best in each other
R.I.P Spencer Davis, summer loving was used in this great film and the Days of Thunder film
3:24 when no one isn't give you the Mission report December 16 1991

@@matthewdavidjarvis6039 actually what I said it's I'm working on a new video what I said it's he's saying the delayed day of Black Widow
And that's how they started their friendly rivalry
If I'm not mistaken in real life the fight was between James Hunt and Dave Morgan... And David Walker won the Race
Still a great Movie!

Damm i like that song
Me too
What is the name from the song?
It’s from the movie
@@moppepojkenxdxd8161 Ok
@@moppepojkenxdxd8161 It’s not actually from the movie. It’s called Gimme Some Lovin’ by The Spencer Davis Group, but the movie uses a cover by Steve Winwood.
Ron Howard's homage to Days Of Thunder
I love this scene
I love the light foreshadowing, Hunt only won because Lauda couldn't finish the race. Just like '76.
Lovely cheeky Cadwell park
Most of this scene was filmed at Cadwell Park in Lincolnshire, UK
Just an inchident
Plus Lauda drove a McNamara not a Brabham.
Did Lauda even drive F3?
@@Firemarioflower Yes. Here’s a brief history. www.f3history.co.uk/Manufacturers/McNamara/mcnamara.htm
@@Firemarioflower He did, Hunt and Lauda raced each other in F3. In fact, it was during those times when they shared an apartment in London I think, and Hunt broke into Brands Hatch with Niki to practise
@@Myron_Tso they actually were good friends right from the beginning?
I'm wondering if the Racetrack from Crystal Palace actually was Cadwell Park all along or if they just used it to shoot the scenes
Apart from James Hunt racing an F3 race at Crystal Palace in 1970 nothing in this scene happened. Lauda wasn't present, Hunt didn't win, his car was red, not green and he wasn't driving for Lord Hesketh either. Still, entertaining scene.
Song name¿?
Gimme some loving - The spencer Davis group
If it was Hamilton he would have had Toto complain to the officials.
