army men air attack custom co-pilot hack

since im learning how to do texture hacking with army men 3D i tried it with air attack and surprisingly i was able to replace the co-pilot mugshots with custom ones but sadly wasn't able to find the helo graphics (YET) and a hex editor for the name change.

How did you replaced the .Tim?
