      The interesting thing, is that he kind of accepted you as his pupil in a way, because of an omelette, I hope he challenges you further.
      It's kind of one of those old shaolin chinese films from the 70's: "Prove yourself, young grasshopper."

    I am the cook in the house, i have been watching pepin for years now. I even learned his way of chopping onion and garlic.. I cannot thank him enough for opening my eyes and taste buds to a whole new experience.

    He was not this laid back as a chef. Trust me, line cooks feared this man. I am so glad to see him at such a relaxed pace.
