Although they're more "professional" I prefer Freerks more home-grown atmosphere, of how he shows you all the details to this lost art. I found MAA to be a bit bland, not having any substance whatsoever - the "personality" they have is not an interesting/comic one (if there even is one) which is why Freerk and Michael Cthulhu are better in my opinion - Freerk is more specialised in classic blacksmithing, and doesn't have an annoying personality in the way of this beautiful art, and Michael, well, he's a big, crazy Irishman who makes big, crazy swords - impossible to not love him.
Respect brother.. you are a craftsman.. I'm a welder but no knife maker.. hope you offer a Canadian a pair...not kidding.. I like quality n craftsmanship.. stamp your symbol ..or engrave ..I'm 51 living next to Detroit.. n there is local quality such as I see here.. if you make swords.. I'm a escrema ...practitioner..n would love a med length appropriate sword n I'd be very proud to pass to my son..I dont need a chinese ..or Asian sword .. I'm good with what the US WAS KNOW FOR.. WORKMANSHIP N GETTING IT DONE....

Most people don't seem to realize just how easily all of the high tech things they take for granted can be wiped away. This world needs true craftsman as much now as ever. P.S., I agree with the guy who thinks you should make a gladius. You could do it justice.

Skills can be learned. And all the equipment needed to forge is a forge, steel and a hammer
