Many of us are afraid to speak publicly or share our stories. Its fascinating how these four spoke impromptu about their thick and thin. We can ALL do it. We just need to get 'ourselves' out of the way!
Don! Should l thank you or beat you 😅😊😢. When l first saw the video, l could only see my mistakes. We shudda had 'take 2' too impromptu 😢😮😊 Perfection the enemy of good- tings! I definitely need to get "myself" out of the way. I think l am my own worst enemy. I tend to be too hard on myself. Now after the initial shock of being on social media, l thank you for the video. I dare say! ❤. Next steps, I need to confront myself and come for that talk!
Thick and thin for me is about the defining moments in life; when situations and circumstances present choices to us and we have to make decisions that will change our lives forever. These kind of decisions are what really prepare us for life, beyond the scripts and plans we always make for ourselves. @Caroline Musei, you have a lovely voice. Your time is NOW! Aww! Thank you for saying that. 😊. I couldn't bear to see this video! At first l could only see the mistakes- WJD??? 😅😢 - somewhat in the spur of the moment l couldn't find the second W. WWJD.😅 Then the HANDS!!!! 😢 I didn't realise how much l talk with my hands! As if that wasn't enough, l wondered whether, l am too heavenly and of little earthly good. And ALL THIS on you-tube. Shiver, shudder!!!!! But today, l remembered this video and somehow l could take it in without beating myself too much. Ashidwo!Time heals things. And a compliment, a kind word, a nudge in the right direction, goes a long way to rebuild confidence. Thank you David. Perhaps l will go for it. May be one day - I WILL actually tell my story.
