For Jimmy-proof locks, it would be so wonderful to have an Adjustment Plate that clamps around the whole lock, similar to the new part that clamps onto the turn-knob but larger. Then the Lock would be attached much more securely.
What is this video for? To let you know that there is this unavailable accessorie which should come included in the pack that actually makes this smart lock usefull for most locks??Waste of time...

Just received my lock and was surprised that this isn’t included - where can we get this adjustment plate from?
Does the adjustment plate come seperately and what is the maximum dimenstion the thumbturn can extend to accomodate?

Yup, and I've called support several times, provided them the dimensions of my lock that they ask, and I still don't have this accessory.
@@rgarrettphoto I messaged them and they pretty much said too bad won’t work on your lock. 🤷 now I’m stuck with this device.

Can the lock be installed horizontally using the adjustment plate? Similar to the version 1 lock?
