my country has been in lockdown since december. we’re not allowed to go out after 9pm and only recently the stores opened back up again but you have to make a reservation beforehand. cafes are still closed. and to be honest, i’ve never felt more depressed in my life. i hope to visit seoul one day. these videos have been my escape from reality these past few months. thank you for making them :)

Take lots of walks, look at the sky and do anything that you find even the tiniest bit of enjoyment to make you feel good. These dark days will be over soon! Vaccines will help 100%

South Korea has never locked down ever since Covid 19 broke out. South Korea has always been open with some late night business hours restrictions when there is an increase of pandemic but has never locked down so people live normal life over there.

It’s important to be aware and cautious - but not scared. That’s the way out of this pandemic, follow the social distancing rules, wear your mask and take the vaccine when it’s offered to you. If we don’t do this - Covid will never end

My parents generation really did dedicate for today Korean society. When Korea was very poor after Korean war, we sent laborers to Germany to earn money. I appreciate their efforts.
Originally from Korea, after I was born we moved to Canada. Since then we've never came back to Korea again, only my mother did when grandma was in the hospital. However I believe one day I'll be able to see Seoul one day. A home that I don't remember, wonder how that will feel.

During the walk, I have seen beautiful sculptures. At minute 29, a tower of faces carved in aluminum or iron. At minute 36, a small statue of a girl holding dozens of colored balloons. How beautiful are those dwarf trees, bonsai type! At minute 31, I was surprised by the bookstore that has a corridor whose ceiling is lined with books. The sound of the stream is reassuring, along the avenues surrounded by modern buildings. It is a nice walk. Thanks.

i have lived in numerous cities that do not have nearly the same amount of people as seoul yet the streets of cities across canada have never looked as clean as the streets of seoul - it looks as though people actually respect their environment and do their part to take care of it - what is that like??!

We in Bulgaria, Europe are in 3-rd lockdown since last march for 10 days, but you see no need of this, in hospitals are more than 8000 but most of them are after vaccinating, but no info !
