@fitbharatmission I sleep at 10 but then normally get up at 4 or so. Is it ok? Because - I dont get 7-8 hours of sleep. Also, I am unable to sleep at 4 again for 2 more hours. What can be done?

રાત્રે એક કપ દૂધ મા અડધી ચમચી ખાંડ,. એક ચપટી જેટલી ખસખસ તેમજ એક ચપટી જાયફળ નાખી ને પીવાથી ખુબ સારી ઉંઘ આવે છે.... Personal experience 👍
