    રાત્રે એક કપ દૂધ મા અડધી ચમચી ખાંડ,. એક ચપટી જેટલી ખસખસ તેમજ એક ચપટી જાયફળ નાખી ને પીવાથી ખુબ સારી ઉંઘ આવે છે.... Personal experience 👍

    1 ઇંગલા અને પિંગલા નાડી અને 2 ઊંઘ ની વિડિઓ મને મારાં જિંદગી માં ખુબજ રિલેક્સ લાવી દીધો છે.

    @fitbharatmission I sleep at 10 but then normally get up at 4 or so. Is it ok? Because - I dont get 7-8 hours of sleep. Also, I am unable to sleep at 4 again for 2 more hours. What can be done?
