Thanks for putting out reliable information 😊 It’s exciting to learn about what’s new, what’s important etc.
Most of the panel selection discussion is about panels to be applied to biminis and deck tops. Any advice about panel selection to go atop a stern arch? Do you still need as much flexibility or is this a good location for rigid panels? It’s easy for me to imagine that on a ‘sporty’ day of sailing the panels do flex a bit on an arch.

Quick question if I connect a dc-dc charger to my starter battery for my house, and then also charge house via mppt solar. Will the dc-dc top of my house battery?

Thomas, remember the DC to DC charging converter is directional, make sure you have all the charging sources be on the one battery to share to other.

Hydrogen is 240 times more energy dense than lithium. Currently the energy lost in production, compression and conversion of H is too high for consideration. Utilizing pulse with modulation to electrolize H2O would provide higher efficiency in production. It is just a matter of finding the right frequency and Voltage to apply. The use of wave and wind energy could apply to the compression segment (storage), and as for conversion, nanotechnology is in its infancy with many promises of improvement.
