This song speaks to me and my oldest son. I lost my 23yr old son Feb 23rd 2023 and its a pain that doesn't end. Between me and my oldest son we will never be the same. This song certainly sounds like him he would do anything for anyone, loved riding the dirt roads, mud boggin and fishing. My Payton was only 23. He left us from a horrible car accident.

We just lost our youngest son our third child. He was 31 years young and had the biggest heart and would give the shirt of his back and he literally has taken his shoes off and gave them to a kid who did not have any before. He was such a talented musician and wrote his first song at 15 called " I wanna live for you" about Jesus. It said I wanna live for you because you died for me. He loved Jesus and he had his struggles but he knew where to go when things got tough....on his knees in prayer. He wrote a song for me and one for his dad. This reminds me of him and his dad, in fact he said he loved riding around with his dad he just loved being with him, even at work anything just to hang out with him. And I see my husband this past year just carry all of it trying to be strong for everyone else. For me, our three other children and our son Zach had two children also, I know God had to have a reason to allow it to happen. He saved his life so many times before literally since he was in my womb seems like the enemy tried to take him out. He has such a huge testimony and even though he is walking with Jesus now, his testimony is still here and still reaching other that loved him. I miss my baby boy so much, but if there is one thing I am sure of. I WILL see him again, the song he wrote about me was about how he loved me so and that one day he knew that God would take me away but he was so thankful that I taught him to pray, so he would never be alone. That was the just of the song, and I tell you what I cry and smile when I hear that song, he recorded it for me, he was afraid of losing me because my health has been bad, I have Lupus and my heart and kidney's don't work as well as they used to. Jesus thank you for loving my baby even more than me if that is possible. And I trust you with everything I have in me Father God in Jesus name I pray for all the families who have lost a child, Jesus is close to us to help us through it, but the pain is REAL!

He died 5 years ago back on June 19th I even what happened i got told one day at church that he got hit one motorcycle and didn’t make it we were all very sad when he died but because of this song I think I can finally understand his death

My nephew was murdered in 2015. His name is Jared Clark jr. When he died he took a part of my sister with him she will never be the same. We think if you often Jared and miss you tremendously you write uncle eulogy and did an amazing job on it four months before you were taken from us. Who would have dreamed such a nightmare.
