More than a year ago I started working on an extensive update-video: “1 year after the crowdfunding”, we all know by now that I never finished it.
I was giving full-time and intensive care to Hugo on my own. When Hugo was asleep I edited for hours and nights, trying to create something meaningful that could cover the intensity of the entire situation and what happened after the campaign. I sat down in front of the camera many times trying to tell the story, but it was a complicated puzzle and almost impossible to do so, while almost drowning in it myself.
My own health and energy levels deteriorated quickly over the months. I was never able to finish the video.
Because there is so much valuable (already edited) material about what goes on behind closed doors, in the darkness, in the lives of severe ME patients, I still want to share small pieces of the video where possible.
Today; the big move.
An absolute milestone.
Of course in the dark.
It was an extremely difficult time, because two weeks before moving houses I unexpectedly became Hugo’s only caregiver again. Next to that we had to make sure Hugo would move out as quickly as possible (the new house even was completely empty at arrival) due to his health being under severe pressure because of problematic neighbours.
To see how many people put in the effort to make this possible moved me to tears. After all those months in isolation and rarely seeing other people, that was a very special thing to witness. We can only thank one person for that, and that’s Nils. So incredibly grateful for you. ❤🙏
Any update about Hugo’s health? Hugo, you are in my prayers. Hope you have the strength to overcome this disease.
I see he posts on Facebook but his situation seems the same. Not sure.. I pray to Lord to heal us all..
This hits home. Currently infusing IV Antibiotics for Lyme disease. Can barely move, but we keep fighting. Hugo has been through so much pain. I hope he knows he’s not alone. Love from US ❤️
Keep up the fight. Never give up. I’ve been I’ll for over 10 years. I still have to work up the energy to live each day even though I feel I’ve lost some days. You’re still in the game!! You’re not alone!! Much love ❤️.

@@TheFracturedfuture it really does. Most days I’m wiped out. Haven’t had a “normal “ day since 2010. Praying for you.

I'm fighting chronic Lyme disease and it's bad, but not even I can imagine what he's going through.

Any updates?
Been down the Lyme journey 14 yrs. . The problem with the disease it is different for everyone and you are fighting multiple things viruses and parasites. Ive rm ictin kills the parasites fast with no side effects I had psoriatic arthritis and major brain fog. lyme and c19 have a lot in common... Just trying to help not a doctor and not despising medical advice it just worked for me and I have tried everything... I am praying for Hugo
How are u feeling now? I've been wanting to try Ivor Mectyn. How do u get it though? I'm having a hard time finding any in the states.

I have had lymes for 29 years I'm able to get around but I'm sore all over hurts bad sometimes I have soriatic arthritis eczema and degenerative bone desease and have to go to a pain specialist I sure hope and pray were all healed . It does everyone different for sure. I tested 73 on my test for lymes desease in 1994 after I went hunting and got bite on back of my neck. Next morning I had a high fever and hurt all over like I had every muscle pulled and straind I hope and pray no one else gets infected it's really bad . Love you all from your friend Kevin
some data from germany I think about tests with Iver and Lyme.
I haven't even tested for Lymes but I KNOW I have it so I'm going to but the Ivermectin horse paste and try that. I am desperate!

I'm not sure how Hugos' battle goes but I am seeing more and more that hyperbaric oxygen therapy helps people with lyme and other autoimmune diseases. There is much on yootoob on the subject.
