I'm fairly certain the black and white film footage is taken from "OMNIBUS: James Agee's Mr. Lincoln", a miniseries, which deserves to be in the public domain for anyone and everyone to be inspired by.
Thank you for finishing Dano's speech at 1:36 ("I beseech you, give them that chance."), as even the fadeout over "morally responsible" was too swift to verify that dialogue live. Any reason you continued the battle sounds at 13:00 after the conclusion of "Two Brothers"? Hope I don't sound too picky...this is my sacred Disney attraction, and I still am scouring the four corners of the earth for a clean copy of the Buddy Baker underscore for the entire original LP (This is what you only hear, currently, in the waiting area next to the theater until the next pre-show, with such lost cues as "Departing (Springfield) for Washington," "Letter to Fanny McCullough" and "Second Inaugural Address.") Someday, a generous Disney representative will let us finally hear the holy grail of undiscovered soundtracks from the Walt Disney era. Until then, the rest of your presentation is exceedingly faithful to the current show and likely to be the best representation we may ever have for home viewing. Subscribed!
Glad you enjoyed it. Check out my previous mix with the entire Gettysburg Address on it. Warning these mixes are very UNfaithful to any incarnation of the original show. Pre-Show ruclips.net/video/IWvO67JawLE/видео.html Main Show ruclips.net/video/8y28k-cGPyo/видео.html
Absolutely. Some really nice touches in there. I know that, someday, if anybody is going to RUclips the rest of that underscore in the right way, it would be you. (Have a copy of the LP, but efforts so far to isolate the score from the dialogue on my primitive home shareware have been scratchy and sloppy.) Thank you: You have done Disneyland's oldest and dearest fans proud, Mr. Conant!
Aww...thanks so much...It means a lot to me when fans (as meticulous as I am when it comes to some of these mixes) leave comments for me....much appreciated!
no mistake ...I made a choice to continue his speech behind Paul Frees...again these aren't necessarily accurate depictions. Good call...sharp ears....you know this show!
Thanks! Great work!
Two Brothers has such beautiful chords.
Truly majestic.

Woah! You did an amazing job with this tribute. You really need more subscribers!

I think the Battle Hymm of the Republic song is a different version than was used in the attraction.
No, same version...just with some vocals and low end beefed up.
Oops! I think you made an editing mistake at 13:36
