Throughout life especially in sports I've always trained as a contender who's going into a fight or game to knock the champions off their throne. Even at the top you have to stay hungry. You have to train like you are working from the bottom. That's how you stay motivated. That's how you stay humble. That's how you keep winning.

My only brother passed at 56, I will move forward but it has changed me but for the better, I'm going into crisis counseling for what's left of my life so I can save your brother, because no one had a chance to save my brother but I'm going to save lives or try my hardest to help folks out of the darkness but you must remember: Hitting rock bottom isn't a bad thing because it gives you a solid foundation to start over but now you have experience. I'm working on being the most masculine and dominant member of my family!
My goals are to workout 4x a week, do Thai box 3 x a week, build my business in my off hours ( next to my 9-5 job), boost my testosterone as high as possible and reclaim my country and it's freedom
For those who are in the same situation, i live in a small country in Europe which is now overpopulated due to all the ukrainien people entering from the war (no offense) and all the other people that came here all the years ago and are now enjoying a decent unemployment wage while not working for it. And our government accept and encourage it (yet there are many local people unemployed due to lazyness or not capable of finding a job they like yet the prices rise continually and we are almost unable to pay all our bills these days.
This has to change!
