Cruffins - Culinary Haven (tutorial)

We love croissants and muffins equally, which is a lot. The only thing we love more is both of them together... which is what we're bringing you this week! Cruffins are beyond delicious, perfect in flavour, texture and appearance - we're so excited for you to learn how to make these!
Ingredients:
100ml milk (whole or whatever you prefer)
1tsp sugar + 100g sugar
2tsp yeast
100g butter (softened)
2 medium sized eggs
1/2tsp salt
450g (total) plain flour - divided into 350g and 50g portions
120g mixed dried fruit
80g butter, divided into 8 equal pieces, softened
2tsp vanilla
Utensils required: muffin tin or muffin cases - if you're making them in a muffin tin, grease the cups first
