The grain size need to be same, for better bonding between particles. If you have inconsistent gains, your bricks can crack and break on shock or impact. Smaller the grains, stronger bricks.
@@freight4377 There are various methods of stacking, sealing, and heating manual mud brick, which become increasingly more important in the quantity you are attempting to evenly fire. The method used on such a large quantity as this would have been informative to observe. Because on smaller loads, there is no "big oven" ... you stack the brick in a self sealed manner and light a various fires within it. and even with that there are various configurations with pros and cons.

I have also one brick bhatta and my bricks are stronger then it and good colour
