Hello, I have a question are you putting a hole in the candy with a stick to make it stay I always wondered. How do they hold the chocolate up please respond I Love to make candy bouquet.
I think he’s using skewers and just pokes a hole in the bottom.. if you don’t want the hole I saw another video where they wrap the whole thing with a thin piece of see through plastic and tape it closed on the end where the chocolate meets the wood beneath so you don’t see the wrapper and so there isn’t a hole in the chocolate
