4/5 of Vettori's last fights have gone to a decision, and he's out here screaming about title shots like he's been on some Ngannou run. SMH Izzy is gonna take his head off with a question mark kick in the second round.
Vettori also got rocked by Holland who stepped in on a week's notice. Think Izzy will have fixed the error of how Jan was able to take him down and will perhaps get taken down once or twice against Vettori yet will immediately get back up. Believe Izzy beats Vettori via TKO/KO this time around.

His defense is as good as his attacks. If he can dodge takedowns and keep floating like butterfly then he can sting like a bee and will be unbeatable, he is technically one of the most sound/intelligent combat fighter of all time.

I always get excited for any ufc fight, but izzy is the one fighter that really brings the spirit out of me when I’m watching him fight idk if it’s because I have Nigerian in my blood or maybe I find him to be such a humble fighter but I’ll tell ya whenever this man is about to fight the energy in the air changes. Izzy is just one of those fighters that gives it everything he’s got until the last strike you just know you’re in for something special. Man really is a modern day gladiator as well as usman, and then there’s Francis that is literally the real life predator😂

They fought each other during Izzy’s come up, it’s definitely not going to be the same this time. Vettori is durable, but he may get knocked out or embarrass himself trying real hard to take Izzy down. Izzy mastered himself and his mistakes in every fight as he eventually achieved the gold, so there’s no way to look at this over wise

I still can't believe nobody is implementing some of the Russian and Caucasus, like Dagestani grappling and wrasslin' techniques/methodology. Much of it is much more valuable in MMA than folk/tradition western wrestling. Western wrestling is heavy on brute force, nearly everything is forced/stalled, where as the former heavily uses each others body position/awareness, weight and mechanics against and with etc, to do work. It's immensely less effort, higher success rate. Then when you also have the brute strength as well...you're unstoppable, that's one of the reasons Khabib and friends are so successful. They're extremely body aware, it makes you think outside the box, when you understand these things it makes it easy to manipulate your opponent. It's the difference between knowing how to do something and understanding. Then mastering.

@@leelewis4982 We all saw Kevin Holland land some really serious shots with relative ease. If he didn't smother himself by falling into his opponent all the time, he could have finished Vetorri.
Israel will pick him apart from the outside. Marvin will get confused, respond to every feint. Israel will get loose, frustrate him and he will begin to crumble. He will be inside his own head wondering what is going on and Israel will finish him. He's already in his head, he talks about him all the time.
I don't see him keeping Israel down for 5 rounds. I don't see him finishing Israel with G&P even if he does get him down a few times. He's not going to win the standup. Since their first fight Israel's timing, strength and power has improved. It's not his speed that makes him great, it's shot selection and timing.
I think Vettorri is a good fighter and has came a long way, It's a fight, anything can happen, but barring a lucky shot, Israel finishes this fight. The only man I see giving Israel a good run at 185 is Whittaker 2.0
