I’m with you 100% on the vibe of Haltane. You described it very well and you hit right on the wearability. Also Haltane >>> Oud for Greatness. I liked Haltane initially, but since first sniff I’ve grown to like it even more. Top 2 or 3 PDM.
It was in the mid 70’s last week, & I rocked it. Haltane is a great scent. Not beast mode like Althair, or Perseus, but it’s overall a great performer.
Spot on description of Haltane vs. Oud for Greatness. Couldn't agree more. I still feel Carlisle is still the best from the brand, at among those I have tried.
Carlisle is great it was my #1 for a while and is still up there. It’s really a personal preference thing because Haltane and Carlisle are both great. Carlisle is just so strong and more strictly cooler weather for scent they’re equal I just like the versatility factor haltane offers. It’s crazy to me that people think current batches of Carlisle are weak 😅 I’m wearing a recent batch of Carlisle today and I am concerned 3 sprays will be way too much lol.
How is the performance on Haltane? I usually have bad chemistry when it comes to performance, nothing performs on me... I remember thinking it was a 10/10 scent but I don't remember the performance. Oud for greatness was not for me
I get good performance it’s not crazy strong but it’s not weak. Some people complain about performance tho there’s a lot of fake bottles on the market so be careful.
You just have a very bad skin chemistry with the fragrance. Thats why you try first, then buy. For example, i wanted and was ready to buy xerjoff Naxos, but i tried it on my skin, and found out it doesn't perform on me. So i didn't buy it. See? That easy. Dont blind buy.@@John_O_Connor
I don’t get any smokiness from Haltane just a clean classy saffron sweet soapy fragrance. I personally don’t think it would be redundant but I could see how others might feel they only need one with that style. I would definitely try both and decide they have a similar use case. I ultimately went with a 30ml split of Haltane and am happy with that decision.
Interesting to see our different perceptions haha. I found the oud in Haltane to be very clean like that in Oud Wood but with more spices along with a slight smokiness. I found Torino 22 to be very fresh/musky with that saffron. They both definitely have that BR540 resemblance, I found Haltane to lean more heavily to colder weather and is somewhat polarizing which made me reconsider purchasing a full bottle
For me IS one the BEST buys regarding to parfums. It had quality, performance and uniqueness and that's what i ask for a 250 nicho dollars

Came for the REEE! stayed for Haltane (pulled the trigger)
(for the order)

Again a brilliant informative video ❤

I love love love it. 10/10. It has a real emotional effect on me ❤
Haltane is one of if not the only PDM's i'd ever recommend. I think its leagues better than OFG
need to try this one :) thanks for the review
I love Haltane so much, what a gem. Try Muscat from Ormonde Jayne, it’s in the same ballpark and it smells fantastic, more natural and middle eastern.
I think your edits are great! Great review; snorts included 🤣. The people should know you are making content even when you're not 100%.
You should try ofg neo…even more classic masculine with heavy dose saffron
I got a 5ml of it and plan to review it asap haven’t worn it yet but my wife enjoyed it quite a bit

Ised 11-12 sprays with my new Haltane bottle today. Scent was gone after 1 hour. The hour it lasted it was EXTREMELY weak. This is shameful‼️
Prodction date: 09.09.2024
Yes, it's original.
Youre trippin. I have the same batch 4373318 and it lasts forever
@@adw6296 tried it on other people too. Gone after 1 hour on them too. So no, I am not "trippin".

Whats going on? The guy below you said he has the same batch and it lasts. Who should i believe????@@John_O_Connor
hi, what's the background music please
I feel like you stop posting/ however still love the content
I’ve had my eye on Torino 22 for a while, do you think owning that and Haltane redundant? Do you get any smokiness from Haltane?

Torino 22 and Haltane aren’t similar. The Eucalyptus is prominent. It isn’t redundant but very different frags.
I went from loving drugs to loving fragrances too lol
🖤❤️🖤❤️
Oud for greatness is far more masculine and it has something animalic. Haltane is more mass appealing and totally unisex.
You should edit out your snorting.
