Why you SUCK at writing: Black People

From Miles Morales, to Huey Freeman, to Frozone, and beyond there are plenty of great black characters in media. However, the existence of good characters does not mean that they are any less of an exception to the rule. Media is getting better at portraying black people, but there simply is no limit to how well something can be written or how many shows can come out in the future. In other words, there is always room for progress, and doing better than we did before.
