Colorblind settings?
Put it on what you can see the difference in the colours, since I have deuteranomly I have mine set to 8 on the deutan one which is red green colour blindness, I have a hard time seeing most skins and the difference between rare, epic, exotic the same with legendary and mythic. If you're not colour blind there is no need for you to have it on.
