Great walkthrough on setting up user properties in Google Analytics using Google Tag Manager (GTM)! Here’s a quick summary of the process:
    1. **Introduction to User Properties:**
    - User properties help segment and understand users by their attributes (e.g., job function, age group).
    - They allow for more personalized content and improved user experience.
    2. **Predefined vs. Custom User Properties:**
    - Google Analytics provides predefined user dimensions (e.g., browser, country).
    - Custom user properties can be defined by you to fit specific business needs (e.g., job role).
    3. **Creating and Using User Properties:**
    - **Setup:**
    - Add a dropdown for users to select their job function (e.g., developer, marketer).
    - **Code Setup:**
    - Use GTM to create a custom JavaScript variable to retrieve the selected value from the dropdown.
    - **Trigger and Tag Configuration:**
    - Create a form submission trigger for the profile form.
    - Set up a GA4 event tag in GTM to send data to Google Analytics when the form is submitted, including user property details.
    4. **Testing:**
    - Use Tag Assistant to verify that the user property is correctly sent and recorded in GA4.
    - Ensure the data appears as expected in Google Analytics reports.
    5. **Conclusion:**
    - User properties enable detailed analysis and segmentation of users based on their attributes, helping tailor content and strategies effectively.

regarding the user property, lets see we have a user "admin" that adds another user "receptionist", in this case what we want is to tag the new user as recepcionist when he logs in, how would we handle that ?

🎯 Key Takeaways for quick navigation:
00:37 *📊 User properties complement events in Google Analytics, providing insights into user interactions and enabling segmentation based on identifiers like age groups or geographic locations.*
02:26 *🎯 When creating user properties, it's advisable to define a limited range of values to facilitate reporting and avoid cardinality limits, ensuring effective analysis and action.*
03:21 *💻 Google Tag Manager (GTM) allows setting up user properties without editing website code, streamlining the process and facilitating the tracking of user interactions.*
05:56 *📝 Utilizing GTM, events like profile updates can be tracked, and associated user properties, such as job functions, can be sent to Google Analytics for further analysis.*
07:22 *📈 Analysis of user properties in Google Analytics allows for segmentation of users based on their job functions, providing insights into behavior and conversion patterns.*

Where will this new user property be visible on GA4?

There seems to be a bug in user properties while collecting. I was trying to test user properties for a subscription based audience website where in a given session if we are sending two different values for a user properties the latter is never recorder in GA4, which made me think or believe that its only records for the first time and is been applied to every other subsequent hit from the time it was collected.
