    This was so helpful, so clear, we have hung our garden swing using this video. (We added a wrap knot to tie off the loose ends from the Bowlines). Thank you. (I'm a tiny bit concerned about the safety comment below, let's just say the testing is underway !)

    Nice. I gonna adapt it for my. vacuum cleaner, gardening tools, great for kitchen hanging shelves. A base for a great ideas. I got 5 or ten good ones already. Thanks.

    Bit surprised to see a clove-based hitch in a safety critical application. The clove itself is NOT secure, because it can loosen under cyclic load - mybe the added turn of the swing hitch helps. Better test this one thoroughly before usage.
