Musical includes pop and classical (kundiman) category.. And every grade(elementary), year( high school) or department(college,university) must send their representative to compete.. And then the winner will compete again against other schools, And the winner from there will compete to other municipalities, to other divisions, up to regional, and lastly to national level.. Imagine that..
