Wow. I love Leo, but this was extremely hard to watch. These people just kept cutting him off, talking over him, and interrupting him through the ENTIRE video. And because of that they very obviously missed a LOT of points he was talking about. Leo is a SAINT for having the patience he does.

As for Relay Radio, so glad I came across this podcast! Gotta love people who are also introverts, but found have the GRIT to move forward for a greater purpose 🤍
As someone who is a mental health professional, therapists are not here to claim they have all the answers…rather it’s so much more about letting folks explore their own feelings in non judgmental space
Generalizations, especially in regards to therapy and the various forms of it; is not exactly an intelligent way to approach it. But what i think they’re trying to convey is that therapy can help a lot of people. But some people can also and sometimes have to; deal with ALL of it alone. This builds character and personal growth like nothing else if the person has some sense of groundedness. If so, it can make you near unbreakable. But at the cost of very agonizing confrontations with oneself. Enough to break most people. So, being comfortable in a baseline wherein you have find your bearings every time when you’re supended alone, in all of your issues takes a different kind of willingness, strength and curiousity in self-growth. But it is definitively not recommended for everyone. Personally; if i’m already better informed than the therapist and i already know that my experiences could never be understood by most neurotypicals and thus most therapists. To me then, it’s just money wasted at that point.
If nothing bothers you do you really care? You’re spouse cheats and you aren’t bothered? You’re house floods or burns are you bothered? Should everything bother a person ..no because it’s unhealthy but pressing buttons on purpose makes me sad because why? It’s hateful so go be hateful
Leo has talked about this before. He thinks we should feel out our emotions but not let them completely affect our decisions & cloud the mind. You can feel your emotions & still stay true to yourself.
