Search for the show like "pretty little liars 4x01" or "pretty little liars season 4 complete" and click on one of the links with a good rating. Then choose one of the sites to download it from (I like kickass and piratebay.) If none of the comments on the third-party site say it's unsafe, download it. Open it, which should also open a download manager installation. Then you'll have to convert it to whatever format you need. Sorry for the long comment.
