The Warning performing at Arizona Financial Theater, opening for Halestorm. Recorded with iPhone 13 Pro Max, with a Shure MV88 stereo microphone condenser
This footage definitely showcases Ale's bass skills. But it's VERY difficult to single out any of the sisters. They are all impeccable! Damn I love this band!
Agreed! I look for these crowd recordings that are done with Ali's cabinet nearby. Anything up close and on the left side of the audience. That way I can really hear more of the nuances and her quite amazing skill. In this video you can really hear the midrange tones of the bass.
@@DonAshcraft Yes cool but where is the lead, THE VOICE, THE GUITAR, Dany ??? Ohh my poor ... You want a bass lesson ? And it's the same in many vids, I cannot understand this, out of my space and my Dany ...?
Getting to hear so clearly Ale the Thunder Child on her bass monitor is fabulous. She is the rock holding up the whole show. These girls are getting better every show.
Ale's bass work and stage presence ⚡️💥💫💖🖤 Spector bass scored big time. Man, her sound is spectacular. Everyone talks about Pau demolishing her drum set, but Ale owns her bass and sets it on 🔥 Love how she'll pull cords and throw them at the crowd and her little shoulder bumps as she sings, and how she'll drop her hand off the neck and let the strings vibrate free.
Geez. Ale's bass tone is lethal. Playing a 5 string was a genius move, and that Spector bass is gorgeous. Dany and Pau's charisma is evident, this vid showcases Ale perfectly. Maybe some day, she could introduce Taurus pedals into her rig and bring rumbling sonic death.
Their speed, their power, their ferocity....i see the power of belief. They believe in themselves and each other and thats part of the key to their continued success.
Very seldom does the audio quality catch how very, very good Ms. Alejandra is at the bass. This is rich stuff. In a power trio, everyone has to pull their weight to make it work. And these three do so magnificently.
Great band...great sound and a great set! My fiance and I seen them on the Halestorm tour with The Pretty Reckless a few months ago and we both became instant fans! My favorite song by them Dust to.Dust wasn't played in this video but they have such a great catalog with so much diversity with their songs. Thank you ladies for kicking our asses at the show because rest assured if you guys ever come back to Baltimore we will be there in full support rocking the fuck out!!
ROCK STARS!...plain and simple. Ale is absolutely solid, great player and only getting better, Pau is frightning on those drums....and Dany, Dany is turning into a phenomenal frontwoman, great player and great at pulling in the crowd. The future is indeed bright.
As a recent Warning Army recruit, I've consumed a ton of live video from The Warning performances. I think this is one of my favorites. The crowd is really into it (for a NA audience). I liked after Enter Sandman the dude close to the mic says "Fuck yeah!...That's what I'm talking about!" And some heartbroken guy in the back yells "I luuuuuv you Paulina!" Totally hilarious
A breath of fresh air. Just great hard rock and roll. We need this again. Many bubble gum groups and folks that think they can sing but are always out of tune.
About a week ago i first saw the older crazy train video, then this GEM showed up, from 24:55 on, (last 3 songs) man what a spark of inspiration!!!! Making me want to dust off my guitars and get rockin again!!! Great job, thank you The Warning!!!🤘
I was there in the balcony! Sound was ridiculously good!! Only thing there were no big screens! 😳 I was wishing everybody to see Dany Pau and Ales's rockin faces while they were jammin!! 👹💥🤘🏼
You got 35 minutes, all your gear is crammed in front of the band everyone really came to see, and these ladies make everyone glad they didn’t skip the opening act. 💪🏼
I guess it in many ways feels similar to the Les Pauls she have played for years. Dany are not an amateur, she have played on a lot of different guitars in her time. She even posted pics on some Fenders she was trying out at home, before shaking hands with PRS. She also used several different guitars in the studio when recording the new album
Funny ! At 14:09 there's a beetle walking on the stage. Ale notices while playing. At 15:42, when the song ends, Ale is looking for the beetle. At 15:52 she smiles and gives a thumbs up to the person filming. Maybe it's just me but that was funny. Ale seemed to enjoy it too.
It is awesome isn't it? That's because the camera guy, or in this case the iPhone with the Sure microphone is right in front of the base cabinet. Which is just perfect!
This is still one of my favorite The Warning videos to watch over and over. Ale's bass is just too perfect here, She's soooooo good it's SICK! (Maybe thats what the new song is about!)
The girl on bass she is really at the same level as the best in the business and the drummer girl is a force a powerful drummer and the girl on lead guitar is great too is this going to be the new Vixen the sky is the limit
This was a very bass-forward capture. I love it! I had the privilege of being directly in front of Ale at the Troubadour, right up at the stage the second night!!
It's been commented here over and over, but...DAAAAAAAMMMMMMMNNNNNNN the bass in this video! It's rare to get Ale's bass this strong and clear on RUclips (I've uploaded several live performances myself and never had this success). Bravo 👏
What a nice recording for one camera and an iPhone and a good microphone! Love how the person recording is standing right in front of the bass cabinet. This entire concert recordinghas the base out in front because of it. Got to love it! For once I'm not asking someone to turn up the bass. And then they reply, the base is already all the way up.
Brilliant Performance by 3 Amazing Musicians...Thanks so much for sharing this angle of the whole show...You can really key in on Ale's Bass lines being your right in front of her monitor...Very cool "sound perspective" and one I have not heard on any video of the tour so far!! Ale's "Pick Grab" at 22:24 is simply Sublime...Pure Poetry in Motion...Plus the "Bug Shot" and Ale's reaction during Choke and Money are Priceless!! Truly Fierce version of "Dull Knives"...They are All Really Attacking It from First Note Till Last...Ale's Fingers are Just Blazing and Pau was totally Tearing Into It...Thought Her Drum kit Was Gonna Burst Into Flames at One Point!!!!!! Thanks Again !! #TheWarning #AlejandraVillarreal #DanielaVillarreal #PaulinaVillarreal #TheWarningRockBand
Love when Pau says "when I say everybody, I MEAN everybody", es fantástica esta muchacha. Y terminar con Evolve es absolutely amazing. Thanks for sharing!
Right? I was trying to figure out if it was coming straight from the bass amp, or if the house mix had the bass panned hard left. It sounds great. Ale gets such great tone. It's not just the instrument, I could play that on that bass but it would sound like shit because I'm not good at bass.
Having never seen nor heard of this group prior to about 30 minutes ago I figured “ Why not Give a listen?” Very Nicely Done Ladies 👍👍. Refreshing to see a newer group that actually PLAYS , and sings as a harmonious being. There’s something to be surely said for 3 piece bands also . No fluff
They are good I've been following them a long time. It's nice to see the bass player come out of her shell. She used to be so shy. But my favorite girl band right now is band maid. Check out bandmaids barefoot assassin bass player
The Warning is to this day, a hard Rock group with a huge volume of composition and quality, good content and intelligent messages, no group to date has this volume of composition, none and without bad songs
Out of all the recordings that I've heard the bass comes in better on this one than any other ever!!! I dig the hell out of it, These girls haven't even been touring 6 Full months. They sound tighter than ever, Alejandra has got her own show going. Not that I didn't like my old classics I always will, But the warning has got me I'm in the rabbit hole. I keep coming back...more than a year later. This bass-heavy concert is like a gift from the gods...and Alejandra, our Goddess of Thunder.
This footage definitely showcases Ale's bass skills. But it's VERY difficult to single out any of the sisters. They are all impeccable! Damn I love this band!
That bass line through QOTMS and even during the solo is so fantastic.
When the bass is isolated like this you can really see how accomplished Ale is as a bass player and how creative her bass lines are.
exactly. She is a great player.
Muse influence 🤩
Agreed!

They are not just another female rock band. They are “The Warning “
You are so right ya

Best decision Spector Bass ever made.
She could become the female version of John Entwistle!
Being able to hear the rhythmic lines with every distinct attack of each note helps answer one reason why the trio sounds so full.
Agree. I’ve not heard Ale’s bass more clearly throughout a concert than right here.
you should learn to just scroll past.
Man, those bass lines, wow....
They will be headliners very quickly. This band is awesome.
Now when I tell people that Ale is my favorite bass player, I will use this vid as a prime example of The Goddess of Thunder in live action...
First time for me...
Man, this is one Kick Ass band!
the old saying proven true - Rock&Roll will never die
Good of you to be here!
They really are worth it.
They have talent, stage presence intelligence and are very beautiful young ladies. God bless them.
Agreed on all points
Exceptional lead guitarist. She's good.

I just recently discovered this lovely family of rocking sisters and I just love their music……
damn you can tell theyve been playing their whole lives. very clean and precise. cant wait to see them live, FINALLY!
Ale’s holding down that low end, add Pau and it’s a freight train, with Danny it’s a rock juggernaut!

Lzzy said that The Warning are so talented and awesome that it makes her want to step up her game a rehearse a bit more
Very much enjoy the bass-heavy mix in this recording! I am digging this band more and more.
