For those curious about my gear, I'm 20% Crit, 31% Haste, 28% Mastery, 13% Vers, 17% Leech with consumables, running OCD(Crit) and Rashok's.
This build felt surprisingly good to play, and possibly stronger for healing compared to both LW+DI and MW+DI. You get all of the mobility and Holy Word efficiency of MW, and you have hard casting LW style to fall back on to recharge your Holy Words quickly. However, you do lose the passive value of Divine Image for both healing and damage, and LW+MW have 0 benefit for damage so this build likely does much less damage comparatively to builds with DI, but the healing feels really smooth and powerful as a tradeoff. Losing the extra CDR from LotN didn't feel bad because I always had the strength of my LW hard casts to fall back on when my Holy Words were gone.
LW builds can feel stationary and global starved, and MW builds can get stuck spamming inefficient Flash Heals if you misuse your Holy Words, and this build eliminates the pain points of both builds. I think there could be some flexibility to the build by taking the 2 points from Harmonious Apparatus, and putting them elsewhere like Pontifex+Enlightenment, or Epiphony, etc. I put them in Harmonious Apparatus because I am used to PoM giving CDR to Serenity, and felt like it was the strongest choice, but I may play around with other options.
10/10 would recommend trying this build, but I'm guessing it won't ever be super meta for the highest keys because it does less damage than builds with DI or DW. In my opinion, it's definitely a viable pick for power-healing through unpredictable pugs though!

I did not watch the entire video,but I noticed you did not cast divine hymn at all, not even on 1st boss!

Yeah, the healing from divine hymn is pretty weak, and I typically mainly just use it for the healing amp. I usually do use it on the first boss on pull before the first Gash Frenzy, but I was thrown off thinking of how I was going to play it with the new build and was too late, and it didn’t feel like I ever really needed it anywhere else in the dungeon. I did use it on the last boss when the totems got botched to help catch up.
