The Minnesota Timberwolves defeated the LA Clippers, 118-100. Anthony Edwards led the way for the Timberwolves with a game-high 37 points, along with 8 rebounds and 4 assists, while Nickeil Alexander-Walker added a season-high 28 points (5-6 3pt. FG) in the victory. Paul George tallied 22 points, 3 rebounds and 3 assists for the Clippers. The Timberwolves improve to 45-21 on the season, while the Clippers fall to 41-23.

@@ApeThoughtsI'm in MN. it's awesome man, his mid range is like a young Jordan/Kobe and his euro steps are like wade. Hes a special talent. If he learns to continue to just rise up like this in the midrange he will be unstoppable. He also has a Jordan/kobe-like fade away and he can lock up anyone on defense. His biggest issue right now is consistency. He will have a great game and then come back and play bad for a game. Sadly, with KAT out, we will need Ant to drop 35-40 every night to have a chance to win. If Ant can find consistency by the end of the year, the T Wolves may have a chance if everyone else stays healthy.

In a league filled with divas and basketball players who hate playing basketball, Edwards is a breath of fresh air. If he's available he will play. You could tell by the way he plays and his attitude he wants to win every single time. He doesn't have this "it's the regular season this game doesn't matter". Nope he's giving it his absolute all every single game.
I wish Anthony Edwards the best. I pray he never gets injured. I pray he's healthy for the rest of his career. Because damn we NEED players like Edwards in this game desperately.

Ant is gonna be the most athletic player in 99% of the games he plays in. He's already really really good but if he realizes he's bailing out the defense by taking so much contested jumpshots (not to say he shouldn't take jumpers, just to attack the rim more) then he'll go to a whole nother level. I think he can be a top 3 player for the next decade.
