Mmmm! Wow-So many things I wouldn’t have thought of-using mozzarella cheese, a meat cutter for the noodles, & drizzling the cream on top! Don’t know what all editing you ended up with on this one, but it looked great. 👍🏻 And a shout out to Ash & her wonderful photography skills-you guys sure rock! ❤
A quick tip I got from an Italian chef who ran a pizza joint: always cook your noodles in chicken broth, not water, for maximum flavor. Conventional noodles, he said, should never be white. They should always be yellow. Yours have plenty of chicken in them already, of course, but it might be worth exploring the broth thing just to see if it takes the flavor up a notch. I'd try it myself but I don't have a food processor yet. Apologies if this is something you already tried and determined was unnecessary, but I thought I'd throw it out there just in case.
Love the "make ahead" aspect and the "meat chopper" trick. For folks that don't cook recipes as much as you do, prep takes longer. This makes any tips and tricks for easier prep extra nice. 😊
Another awesome video! Question: Is the boiling technique to speed up the cooking process of the noodles? I ask because I was wondering if one could slice the noodles into lasagna shapes? Or would baking the lasagna shaped noodles do better? I thought I recalled an earlier version was baked. Keep bringing awesome content! Hugs from Leavenworth #GoChiefs!
