Hey Suzi, my wife doesn't typically watch a lot of WoR videos with me, so it's been a couple of weeks since she's seen your face. She just wanted me to tell you that your healing progress is amazing, and that you're a total bad4ss for not shying away from stepping in front of the camera.

They used to (maybe still do) have training dummies in World of Warcraft where you could test out builds. Maybe WoR could be the first gacha to introduce test dummies you could use to get a sense of how good/bad your champion are.
The one thing about character skins, even reskins, sounds like they are poor return on investment. Legends of Runeterra (a card game) focused their monetization on cosmetic items (such as champ skins, custom boards, etc) and it turned out to be a big money loser according to them, even at the prices (in the $10-$20 range mostly) they were sold at.
Q16:.. Customizing Commanders... it'd be AWESOME if your commander replaced Solcadens as the Arena enforcer who attacks the base of the slowpoke side each round.

Alistair Came out when I started the game and I did not complete his shard event and now I am kicking myself obviously but I have a 175 and I do not want those recycled I want them to redo that event
Pity timer being easy to see would be nice, but if we're prioritizing requests I'd MUCH rather request a wish list feature! Currently, there are a number of basically essential heroes that if you are lacking them your account is basically locked from progressing because other heroes just don't come close enough to matching them. Without a wish list feature they would otherwise need to do a much better job of balancing heroes and providing multiple sources of must have mechanics, and reduce the damage difference between heroes who do a similar job. It's easier to just give us a wish list, especially as the hero pool has grown SO much since launch.
That A3 could have him restoring a ton of rage after after each ultimate

Recycling shards very much sounds like they're gonna rerun those events again. That's what I took from that
Hopefully, they'll just recycle the shard event so that players can participate for the 1st time or complete those shard events.
It only makes sense to revisit the shard events. No different than banners being recycled
