Bryan or Riki, what are those bulbous looking green things? The ones that they had so many baskets full of, before we see them layed out on the tables? There are some on the tables but I thought it was easiest to diffreciate this way ;)

They are a calabash, I don't know what you do with them, but similar to a squash, or pumpkin. Gourd maybe
