Setting up a User frame on a Fanuc Robot

most of the time I use the corners of the fixtures for the origin ,X, and Y.

how do i insert the Wait Command?

Cursor to the line in your program where you want to enter the wait. press the next (>) key then press inst. Wait will be #4 on the list.
