@Ramon Gustavo Fukk you. You just replied to your own comment using your 2 accounts. 2 account, both 2 months old? Sounds SUS. Just play Amogus my dude.
This is what can be considered a cogent explanation: It introduces each term individually, references nascent terms to other terms, and in doing so holds no expectation of previous knowledge from its audience.
Damn man, I've been trying to find the video series this was taken from, totally forgot the name. It's very old school, but it's still very helpful and the representation of concepts are excellent. I once downloaded all of them but forgot I had them and formatted my hard drive =/ it was a lot of videos too
It shows the formula of the derivative of an affine function: the derivative of mx+p is m. The function x is the affine function that has m=1 and p=0. That's why he replaces it that way.
Always the old videos are the ones that explain it to you the best! They have an eccentric nature but its so special!

This is the only video that helped me understand what derivatives actually are. Still can't believe that this video is so underrated.
only a genius can explain in this way. Thank you

Best video to make sense of derivatives on RUclips.
omg probably the best horror video on youtube! i can absolutely suggest it.
Simplest way to explain derivative...best video....👍👍👍👍
At least you could give credit to Caltech for this video. The entire "The Mechancial Universe" catalog is here provided by the originator, Caltech.

Amazing!!! Extraordinary 💯
I want the whole math series from this man . Please
The video helped me a lot. Thanks from Bangladesh 🇧🇩
Excellent effort for explaining slope and derivative in a unique manner.100%.concept clear.
I understand completely what does derivatives mean after watching your video. thank you for providing the helpful video.
Nice one, expecting more like this👏🏻
One of the best explanation I ever seen
Best video I ever seen

Wow this just motivated me to study calculus. Thanks for this vid so much help
Really Man you are a magician .
Does anyone know why m is equal to 1 at 6:02?
It shows the formula of the derivative of an affine function: the derivative of mx+p is m.
The function x is the affine function that has m=1 and p=0. That's why he replaces it that way.
thank you so much! do you have any idea where I can find the whole movie or whatever this is?

Why didn't they show me this in highschool
Thank you for such a one in million transformative video!
WOW! Thank you !!!!!!!
This is like weird core dream, part of serial experiments lain
isn't the line supposed to be called 'secant line' rather than it's a chord? it extendeds infintely so.
Do you know why m is equal to 1 at 6:02?
This is the basic math behind linear regression of machine learning.
More video Sir, Pleaaaaasssse 😅.
😍😍😍😍😍😍😍
The video is good but the music choise is .... weird...
How can i dance and lern simultaniously?
schukran kesiran. thank you so much for your explanation.

Thank you ❤️
Dear can I know the software which you used for animation?
Oh common this was over 6-7 years ago you still expect the person to reply?
Not sure why they called the secant line a string or something.
It cuts the graph f(x), taht mean section
Tangent it touches graph f(x)
I hope you you the wording
Very nice explanation...could u pls give about vectors also???
Okay. Now I know from where Elon Musk got idea of relaunchable rockets 🚀🤣🤣🤣
So High slope = haard work = success
