Thank you for highlighting that comorbid conditions can make our MS worse. I believe so many don’t realize this.

Would love a video on how to deal with infections that cause exacerbation where double vision is the main problem. I’m currently dealing with double vision and numbness. I have a 3 day infusion beginning today. I just want to see again!! 😢

Exercise really is a game changer. I’ve been doing an hour of moderate/intense cardio every day and it’s completely gotten rid of any fatigue.

Swimming is amazing! I swim for about two years, and not only do I feel better, but my abs look pretty nice :) I would continue swimming even without MS.

Facts. He not being mean this really does help 🚭🚭🚭 . Seek therapy, do something spontaneous yet fun, go buy ice cream, do anything besides smoke-let truth be told, if you have MS you have to sit after 5 min of standing with smoking cause you feel shaking. Yup because you going down fella/lady and going to need help 🆙.

'need' - maybe for psychological reasons but no body needs the harmful inflammatory junk smoking puts in the lungs

I’d like to make a few points. When I have tremors that are impacting my life or spasms, I’ll take some CBD tincture, but a puff or two of a 1:1 vape helps calm them down quickly while the tincture takes a while to kick in. The tincture seems to give more lasting relief.
When I was diagnosed with an otological disorder, one doc suggested T’ai Chi to help with my balance. I can’t afford classes, but there are classes available for free online. Physical therapy is not practical for me from the aspects of transportation and finances, but I’ve found some useful information online. And if ambulatory exercise is difficult, there are resources for exercising while seated.

Doctor B., thanks as always. So true, 5 for 5 is the way!
Any advice on more intense (tbh the most intense, brutal it ever got) pain/stiffness/weakness in one whole leg, especially the outer side, calf and foot. Was treated with steroids some years ago for similar problems (same time of the year!), but was left with the above mentioned inconveniences, which got really freaking bad 3-4 days ago. Magnesium, MJ, massages, nothing works. Just fluctuations due to colder weather or ime to see the doc? 😅😬

No matter how much you try to keep the smoke in your mouth some will will invariably make it's way into your lungs. Moreover, the burned material and inflammatory molecules are still being absorbed by your mucosa(from oral-/nasopharynx all the way to Gastrointestinal tract). Best to leave the cigars for others.

Thanks again for your commitment for making this information available. I am keen to share a fabulous trick for turning information into action. If you are struggling with introducing a greater commitment to these things into your day to day life please look up an old TED talk by PJ Fogg, I have found it to be truly transformative - I hope others may find the same ruclips.net/video/AdKUJxjn-R8/видео.html
