It’s because you are on bedrock mode and BBBlocks did not test or know that in bedrock there is no quasi connectivity, but in Java there is, but the worst part is that he says in the description Works in Java and Bedrock Edition

They can also be found in swamp biomes but it’s rare I think. You can use a slime chunk detector website to find out the coordinates they will spawn at. You just enter your world seed, go to the coordinates it gives, & then tunnel down to level 40 and look for caves. Then I kill all the mobs around, and place torches to stop other mobs from spawning. Hope that helps :)

For example: Alugia7, Spacewalker, JensundLars, mattxcraft, ReversedGravity, Tim409, Soulexx, Sacredredstone and even my own. Much better builds, much cooler and more complex, and also made by the person who makes the video.
Probably just uses OBS, it's free and effective you just might need to look up a couple tutorials on how to get it working its best. Most big streamers and youtubers use OBS, it's good software.
