Love to see Tin Soldiers take care of Jimmy Dale or the Hoskinson brothers. They have a good relationship going and Jimmy and Billy do a good job of promoting their business and getting their name out there to more than just the hardcore drag people. Love how the guys at Tin Soldiers take the time to explain everything, and show exactly how you set up the chassis with the scales and set the anti roll bar properly. Crazy how fast they have grown from everyday weekend drag racers to building some of the latest and greatest, fastest chassis in the country in a state of the art facility, all while remaining humble to the hardworking guys like Jimmy trying to go fast on a budget with what they have. 👊💪

However, you boys need to fab up a wheel chock for your scales.
We use scales at my work to weigh up vehicles for crash testing.
We made up wheel chocks that sit on top of one of the scales, usually the left front wheel location.
We put it on before we zero out the scales, then set the car down on the scales at all four corners to begin our weigh ups.
Dangerous to have a car roll off the scales.
I've been chased a few times by a test vehicle because my co-worker forgot to put the chock on.
Less weight and maybe a day or two testing and jimmy dale will be in the ball park. Watch out OldMan jimmys hangin' with sum BIG Dogs... Not that SRC isnt. Hes gaining him sum wisdom and Knowledge. But probably left his mind when walking out their doors. Had a squirrel moment. Good shit Rickie

It looks basic but it's the best car ever made in my opinion, fox body's are amazing at everything! I and I grew up Chevrolet! My first car was a 65 Chevelle big block , my highschool car was 89 white gt 5 speed pony wheels . I was hooked

Years ago dirt late models were using steel left rear axle tubes, heard bloomiquist had one that weighed 90lbs. But any weight you put on the left rear chassis translates to weight on the right front.
Didn't used to like that dude but he's grown on me. Seems like a genuine nice guy. It's cool seeing him so successful with that car. Even tho it is a fox
He grows on anyone that has contact with long enough to actually get to know him. He just likes to have fun so that the people around him has fun as well. He can also be serious when it's time to be serious. He has the best disposition than anyone I know.

Hey Jimmy if you come down to louisiana to race at da pad you can come stay at my house but ya gotta let me make a hit in magic I have a big yard so parking isn't a problem I live in the country so you don't have to worry about anyone messing with your car and I'm only about 40 mins from da pad I grew up about 15 mins from there

@@TinSoldierRacecars start simple, basic 4 bar setups, sway bar setup, etc. but specifically id love to see his input on mono leaf with caltrac setup ideas for us stock suspension guys. anything brad covers seems to be full of knowledge though so you cant go wrong
