GIARDINAGROUP Four stage vertical oven

The four-stage vertical oven designed and built by GiardinaGroup optimally performs the four phases that characterize a perfect drying process: flash-off, first heating, second heating, and cooling.
The drying curve is guaranteed by the four stages in which the oven is structured, one for each phase, and each stage is separated from the other by dividing panels. In two- or three-stage ovens, instead, some of the four phases are performed in the same spaces, therefore a homogeneous separation between them is not guaranteed.
The version of four-stage vertical oven presented in this video adopts a belt tray system, perfect for small pieces (there are no dangers related to their handling) and for large and heavy elements which, being able to rest on a large and regular surface, do not risk an alteration to the contact surface already painted with the tray.
On request, it is possible to have the GiardinaGroup four-stage oven in an ideal set-up for those who have to process both low-thickness pieces (flat doors) and high-thickness ones (curved doors): by reducing the number of trays the problem is solved, keeping the duration in each phase and for each product, whatever its thickness, constant and homogeneous.
Il forno verticale a quattro stadi progettato e costruito da GiardinaGroup permette di eseguire in modo ottimale le quattro le fasi che caratterizzano un perfetto processo di essiccazione: appassimento, primo riscaldamento, secondo riscaldamento e raffreddamento.
La curva di essiccazione viene garantita dai quattro stadi in cui il forno è strutturato, uno per ciascuna fase, e ogni stadio è separato dall’altro da pareti divisorie. Nei forni a due o a tre stadi, invece, alcune delle quattro fasi vengono riunite negli stessi spazi, dunque non si garantisce una omogenea separazione fra le stesse.
La versione di forno verticale a quattro stadi presentata in questo video adotta un sistema a vassoi a tappeto, perfetto per pezzi di piccole dimensioni (non si corrono pericoli relativi alla loro movimentazione) e per elementi di grandi dimensioni e pesanti che, potendo appoggiare su una superficie ampia e regolare, non corrono rischi di alterazione della superficie di contatto già verniciata con il vassoio.
Su richiesta è possibile avere il forno a quattro stadi di GiardinaGroup in un allestimento ideale per quanti devono lavorare sia pezzi di basso spessore (antine piane) che di elevato spessore (antine curve): riducendo il numero di vassoi il problema è risolto, mantenendo costante ed omogeneo il tempo di permanenza in ciascuna fase e per ogni manufatto, qualsiasi sia il suo spessore.
