Hit the gym, read books on either philosophy or religion (or both) and like he said in the things you are procrastinating the most in try your best to stay disciplined.
This is from my personal struggles with discipline. It doesn't come all at once. Set a singular goal. Choose a thing you'd be embarrassed to tell your friends you failed to do over 24 hours (brushing your teeth or combing your hair are good examples). You won't need to add to many things before the snowball is rolling down the hill. Good luck my friend.

I was able to go to the Grand Canyon for Thanksgiving back in 2022. How gorgeous the depths of the Earth are so mesmerizing, you could look into it for hours. I believe camped around the Southern Rim near the Bright Angel trail. You can hike that for hours and get down to the Colorado River. My buddy and I got to the 3 Miles deep point and the sun was setting. Glad you were able to experience such amazement!
I miss the disposable camera days. Not knowing what the pictures were going to look like until they were developed was exciting. And the pictures that didn't come out good , well we would always get a good laugh at that.

Discipline is cultivated every moment of every day. Start by doing something that you know you’ve been procrastinating. 🤝

I also struggle with discipline, but one thing I know: the key to discipline is simply doing it. Go get it done. One thing at a time.
Figure out what you don’t want to do what would absolutely be uncomfortable and start there
