- This video is partially about Gintoki and his sensei, partially about Gintoki and Takasugi, and partially about Gintoki and his friends.
Gintoki has left a lot behind, some of it good, and some if it bad. The theme of this anime seems to be about moving on, and not being consumed by the past.
If you compare it to the allegory of the cave, have both Gintoki and Takasugi left the cave and learned the truth? Or has one of them stayed behind, watching shadows and believing them to be reality?

It's so weird how you managed to fit this happy song with those epic moments. Especially the ending part with all the characters shown made me smile and the ending picture gave me the rest. I miss GinTama so badly... and this song/AMV gave me the feeling of saying goodbye to it :*(
