Video Description: In this exchange tutorial video, demonstrated DNS settings for exchange 2016, it explains how to create MX records in exchange server 2016. We have configured send connector, tested the outbound mail to the outside domain. We checked with the host a record, MX record, SPF record, and dmarc record.
After configuring these records, we have test emails from outside to our domain, and the email was landed successfully from Gmail. Exchange 2016 mail flow was working fine.
Domain DNS belongs to ResellerClub.
I assure you that after watching this video completely, you will be able to correctly set up an MX record for your exchange server. Also, you will be able to create a new send connector for internet email.

There are Exchange 2010 servers in VMWare and new Exchange 2016 Servers are going to be deployed in Azure, this is going to be an coexistence infrastructure, what all ports should be open between VMware and Azure for servers to communicate internally ?

yes, you have to create srv, mail, autodiscover etc records in your server's external dns.

Port forwarding on LTE cannot be applied to this?
For DNS you have to purchase a domain name, you will get DNS management with the domain.

No, mx record is used to receive email. You only need send connector to send emails to internet users.
Hey, I can receive emails from all domains, but my problem is i cannot send any emails from my exchange server. it shows in sent box, but i'm not getting it. please explain me that. thanks
have you created send connector ? and make sure if you have firewall check port 25 outgoing. This is a first attemp to check the issue. Else there can be some other reasons as well like dns settings.
Techi Jack i created the send connector just like you showed in the video.. I did port forwarding through my firewall and router. Still i cannot send any email. Any other things that you can suggest??
Exchange server send mail to gamil but mail will be receved spam folder whats problem for me sir ?
Check your ip in spamhus.com it may be blacklisted

Mx record decides on which specific IP address email needs to be sent. It works on a priority basis. lowest priority means highest preferences.

does this work also with exchange 2019? I have the same problem I only can mail to gmail but to answer from gmail it is not possible to send email back

what if i dont have an public domain , still do i get messages from outside to inside ..
No, you cannot receive message from outside, bcoz user on the external internet cannot reach to your local dns without public domain and public IP.
It only works if your ISP doesn't block the port 25.

Yes, you can send outside from your local server, but it's not sure to land email safely to the inbox, it can land to spam folder, if no spf & dmarc record is there, and for that, you need a public domain to function properly.

Does the Host A record in Cpanel has to be the Domain Name of the Exchange server or the Cpanel Domain Name? Need help 😔

You have to explain what you did, it should work if you configure dns properly and point records to your public ip.
