You didn't sanitize your hands before getting clean linen...You put the pillow UNDER YOUR CHIN? That's unhygienic for you and the patients! I was taught to never place anything on the table once sanitized...

this was full of so many mistakes. she also dropped a wipe on the floor then re-used it?! definitely can tell its not an actual hospital cleaner here
