Comprehensive and concise, good advice. Can relate. The part about hypersensitivity and emotional baggage came with the trauma and (both upfront and subtle) gay shaming from all different parts of life from different people, some who were/are close to you, really hits close to home, and goes beyond about (potential) romantic relationships.
One view is that ALL gay relationships are toxic, some more some less, and all finally lead to the psychological disintegration of those involved. You evidently don't share that view. So, could you give one or two examples of male gay relationships (names could be fictitious) that you are sure were NOT toxic?

You're informative and have a decent voice. You don't need to accent your conversation with some many "kind of". Overall, this video is interesting.
