Woo Hoo! I was at my store when it opened at 8 am! They were busy, but not too shabby! I had my list with me, so I was prepared! I got what I wanted. Was able to use a spend $40, get $10 off and a spend $10, get a free body care item. I was able to stack those! Super happy with what I got!

Back atcha! I ended up picking up Winter Pear Forest and Caramel Drizzle. Both good choices. I needed some winter scents. I also stopped at Victoria's Secret as their mists are on sale so I picked up two...good day it was.

I went to 1 mall store and 2 strip center BBWs tonight after work. By an hour before closing, 2 of the 3 stores already had the brioche/ cocoa foodie scents you mentioned. And all 3 had Fresh Cut Lilacs 😢 (The original lavender jar and the pretty new iridescent one) So just FYI, there's a good chance that "tomorrow's" candle could be out late the night before 👌🏾😉
I was online at 3am West Coast time and only waited 5 minutes and got what I wanted for the winter season. Will probably buy some more tomorrow to start on my Spring 2024 collection.

Hi Bonnie! I bought 14 candles this morning as soon as the sale started. Honestly the price wasn’t the best because I bought candles at the $12.95 price point with 25% off earlier in November for $9.75 each. Only shopped today for the candle day releases.❤
Happy Candle Day!! I ordered 8 candles online this moring and then went in to my store around 11am and it was crowded but it was so easy to shop and check out thanks to the awesome employees working today!! My store had that breakfast collection out already so I was thrilled to get Hot Pink Cocoa, White Chocolate Macadamia, Caramel Frappuccino and Brioche FrenchToast!!
My faves are fresh balsam, vanilla birch, under the Christmas tree, balsam and fire wood, the perfect Christmas, vanilla balsam and fireside. Clearly I have a type!

My store opened at 7 and I got there a little before 7:30. Not a ton of people.
I got 6 candles but my store hadn’t put out top shelf elf or clausemopolotion. Lavender marshmallow and candy emporium were at the top of my list and I was able to get those.
Waited in line to check out just a few minutes so in and out quickly!
I’m going back early tomorrow to hopefully grab pink hot chocolate and broiche French toast.
I got everything on my list 12 total 😊
It was honesty the smoothest process I’ve ever had! I only waited 5 mins for the virtual line. Checked out by 6:30 am, 6 candles! 2x Candy Cane Colada, 2x Peppermint Sugar Cookie, and 2x Peppermint Hot Chocolate. 😊 Was pretty surprised the ordering was so nice, I feel like Halloween release time is typically crazier imo as I’ve been shopping the last few years.

My store was empty pretty much it was 5 peeps in there 😅 I was there at 630am
I ordered by 6:05 am. I checked the site to see if any new candles were online at about 5:40am and was put in a queue then so just stayed. I grabbed many backups of the staples, like Winter, Sweater Weather, The Perfect Christmas, Flannel, etc. as well as Vanilla Birch, Lavender Marshmallow and The Perfect Winter. I skipped the spring/summer candles because I have so many already from overbuying last year.
My store had every candle I wanted!

My day exceeded my expectations as well! Wasn’t planning on going but was in the vicinity and couldn’t help myself! 🙄😙 The store was packed but there was no line at checkout! All the registers were open which I’ve never seen before!
Nothing was sold out but they also didn’t have all of the collections out.
I have a feeling tomorrow is going to be a slightly more hectic experience.

I went to the store at 9:30 am. I was one of 10 people in the store. And they let me split my purchase so I could use 10 off 40 coupons for each. (Not even my coupons, my sisters and hubby who don’t have the app.) And they still put my purchase on my rewards app! Very lenient . Must be hurting for business.
I usually don't like Caramel Drizzle. But this year's version isn't cloying. It's good.

Happy Candle Day I bought 22 total, mostly bought doubles of the same scent. Went in-stores 10:30 am, it was crowded but the lines moved quickly. Store only handed out 1 new CD bag per customer & the rest were paper bags. I got everything I wanted plus double the amt and 1 red CD bag 🎒 so I was satisfied. Didn't know about Sweet Pea so I will order that 1 & the new foodie 1's on-line 2morrow bcuz I am not going in-stores js however today was a good day.
I wish they brought back tipsy elf the yummmyyy eggnog scent

My store had a full stock of that breakfast collection when I came in at 6 am. I didn’t know that’s a collection that’s supposed to be on hold . They also had the quilt collection out too
I got 2 Lavender Marshmallows, 1 Blueberry Lemon Sour, 1 Watermelon Lemonade, and 1 Mahogany Coconut. Debating on whether I want to go back tomorrow for the new collection or not.

Was pretty easy to order what I wanted & no lagging. I got 12 & am happy with that. Candy Cane Colada sounds nice. Got Candy Emporium. Excited to smell this one! I love Winter ! Brioche French Toast smells like Maple Cinnamon Pancakes from a few years ago. I liked Candy Emporium it didn’t buy it.

Hi Bonnie! Happy Candle Day Eve to you and yours! Of course I couldn't resist picking up two which is all I got but I am thrilled with my purchase. I ended up getting Caramel Drizzle and Winter Pear Forest! These two were the best smelling candles on cold. I came home and lit the Caramel Drizzle and before full pooling my entire living room is full of the scent. It hit me like a whammo too sitting about five feet away at my desk. The Winter Pear Forest just has an amazing smell to it. It's so pure and true. I don't know how else to describe it. Can't wait until tomorrow when I burn it for a few hours. I also stopped at Victoria's Secret as their mists are on sale and I picked up Nightsip and Frostmelt. It was a good day!

Clausmopolitan is the black cherry seltzer from last year. I believe that was the name. I just grabbed one of them. The top shelf elf i grabbed 3. Its weird ,but i like it! Def amells like red bull lol the candy emporium is very strange with that after note of mint but i got 3 i like it 😅 lol i also got 4 of the candy cane colada. Smells so good!

I hated Top Shelf Elf too! It just doesn't smell good to me. Left it at the store. I bought Clausmopolitan. Candy Cane Colada is ok, did not buy that one either.
No… Top shelf elf was good and mine has a cherry scent but the candy emporium barely had any scent. I just can’t take any of the tree scents. I was at my store at 5:00 am and was the first in line. The other one has mostly a pina colada scent with just a hint of mint.

I got 3 macadamia candles today! They were 3 of each of the macadamia, pink hot cocoa and the French toast right when you walked in the door next to the greeter, nobody seemed to see them. I didn’t like the other 2 scents.

I am waiting to go with a friend on Sunday. Homestly, I am only able to afford maybe 3-4. I wish I could afford more, but I just can't.

There should have been in store pick up! I don’t want to hear excuses.
They could have launched it for reward members only at midnight. And had a crew of workers fulfilling orders until 6 am. Then a new crew could come in when the store opened. That’s how Black Friday worked used to work and that was when people actually left their house to get deals! THAT was crazy. Stores that usually closed at 9pm, like Old Navy, were open for 24/7 hours, but only for the weekend after Thanksgiving. Lines down the block the entire time. You’d have to bring a friend to stand in line for you or else you’d never get out of there!
In store pickup could have been a breeze. And lowered the craziness in the store if everyone knew they would get their favorites online. So shopping in store would be just for fun. And it would have been an ACTUAL reward! Not just the “privilege” of shopping a sale.
To make things even easier, they could make a “candle-day-only” rule that you can only pick up on Saturday or Sunday. But it COULD have been done. They just didn’t WANT to.
After a few shipping problems, I refuse to pay for it. I’ll gladly do in store pick up though. Except when I’m most planning on it- they get rid of it!
Scrolling the comments, I’m seeing it wasn’t all that crazy in stores to begin with. So… how would it have been too much??

Hi Bonnie ! Just got back from my store and I smelled all the candles but for some reason nothing really excited me that much so I only got 3 backups of the raspberry thumbprint and 3 crunchy English toffees because they are my absolute favourites. I loves all the beautiful packaging but my nose was not really into them ! I also got a mini hot coca and cream spray and lip gloss before they are gone ! All in all I am happy and love what I got 🩷🛍️
I'm sorry you didn't like Top Shelf Elf has much as you wanted too.. for me, I LOVE it! It literally smells like RedBull. So accurate!! 😍🤌🏼 it's definitely an early morning candle to wake you up before work!! Lol
