Thank you 🥹❤️❤️ And yes it’s hard to see it in ourselves. I think that’s what people call body dysmorphia. I’m for sure experiencing it after being used to seeing my body a certain way. It’s gonna take time to adjust with the changes as time goes on.
congrats.. when I began my weight loss. I would fast for like 17hrs when I started, made it to a 20hr fast. worked so good for me back in 2019... lost 100lbs. you got this!! Fasting and eating high protein and low card works very well. fruits are so good with cottage cheese.

Fiber is for sure important as it helps to regulate the digestive system, but the protein is a huge part of my daily goal per my doctor’s professional advice. ❤️
